Buying a child car seat means betting on safety. To help parents make informed choices, the Automobile Club du Luxembourg (ACL) takes part each year in a comparative testing programme run by the ICRT consortium (International Consumer Research and Testing), alongside several European motoring clubs. The spring 2026 edition put 26 models through their paces, from infant carriers for newborns to booster seats for children up to 150 cm.
